Event Videography for Conferences

We offer event videography and photography for conferences, exhibitions, festivals, and large award ceremonies, for the public and private sectors.

 

We have the resources to film multiple rooms with a minimal, unobtrusive crew, ensuring that we capture your event's key moments and showcase your speakers. 

We can cover the main conference and breakout rooms, conduct interviews with representatives and speakers, and gather Vox Pops from attendees. We can also offer aerial filming for outside events.

 

We work directly with your AV team to get the all important event sound from the desk or can provide our own radio mics as necessary.

 

We then produce either a fast-paced highlights film to share the magic of your event and for future promotion, or a series of full coverage films of the presentations to create a collection of professional development resources.

Video Production for Online Events

Since the outbreak of Covid-19 we have been asked to create pre-recorded video content for online events, including virtual award ceremonies and conferences.

We can set up a simple studio to pre-record your presentations or demonstrations at your workplace or at a local venue. 

 

Alternatively we can work remotely with your amateur shot footage (eg from a camera phone), first providing you with guidance on how to get the best results.

 

We then combine the footage with presentation slides, motion graphics, stock footage, production music and your branding, to produce high quality content your organisation can be proud of.

Live Streaming Events

The restrictions around containing Covid-19 have changed the event industry for now but it's also opened up new opportunities with live streaming your events.

 

You can reach a much larger audience and cut costs, making your event more accessible with a wider reach.

With our multi camera set up, vision mixing, and the optional addition of slides, graphics and branding, our live video can have high production values.

 

Utilising social media platforms can introduce an interactive element to your digital event.

From virtual conferences and exhibitions to live Q&A and virtual concerts, you can keep in touch with your members, supporters, and clients, and increase your engagement with a wider audience.

10 Years of Event Filming

We have filmed and interviewed many high profile people including Dermot O’Leary, Jerome Flynn and Steve Backshaw, as well as figures from across the political spectrum such as Jeremy Corbyn, Ken Livingstone, Lord Lamont, and Kirsty Blackman. We have also filmed well-known journalists such as BBC’s Nick Robinson and ITN’s Michael Buerk.  

 

Filming at locations such as The Houses of Parliament, The International Convention Centre in Birmingham, London Zoo, international hotels in Mayfair and Westminster, and large conference halls across the country, including Brighton, Bristol and Stratford-Upon-Avon.

Online Events

Many event organisers are now choosing to host their events virtually.

We can help with this by creating virtual event content, either by pre-recording presentations or compiling self-shot footage you gather from individual sources.

 

We then create intros/outros, graphics, slides etc incorporating your branding to deliver a compelling and engaging experience.  

We recently produced a virtual awards ceremony for the Young People's Trust for the Environment. The amateur footage gathered from teachers, school children and celebrity presidents of the charity, was presented in an engaging and interesting way for a live broadcast to thousands of eager children.

We also produced virtual conference content for national charity HAE UK's 2020 Patient Day. The presenters were ask to self-shoot their presentations which we edited with slides and the charity's branding.

 

Event Live Streaming
